Staff and Facilities

A specialist in Actemra infusions in Dallas, North Texas Infusion Center (NTIC) has been in business for over 20 years. We have two convenient locations to serve our patients: one in the Dallas Baylor Health Care complex and the other in the Carroll Clinic building in North Dallas.

Our Actemra infusion professionals include a team of physicians, pharmacists, and registered nurses have many years of experience administering and monitoring infusion treatments. Our 6 physicians are board certified in internal medicine and infectious disease with over 30 years of experience. Our infusion center is located next to our pharmacy specializing in sterile products compounding. The staff of licensed pharmacists and technicians specialize Actemra and other drug infusions.

Our services include treatments for rheumatoid arthritis, osteoporosis, psoriasis, Crohn’s disease, gout, lupus, and immunodeficiency disorders. Since there are physicians present, we have the ability to provide infusion treatments to Medicare patients.

Our infusion team works with the referring physicians to provide safe effective therapies as one of the main priorities is the safety and comfort of the patients. Clinical staff is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week, to ensure we can respond to any patient issues.

Effective insurance specialists are very important due to the high cost of these specialty medications. NTIC has a staff of 17 reimbursement employees who work as patient advocates to verify insurance benefits and set up a financial plan that is best for the patient.

Referring a patient is quick and easy. Physicians and their staff can access the complete list of available services. Forms can be completed online, printed and signed by the referring physician, and faxed to our pharmacy. A copy will be sent to our business office who will get the patient approved for treatment and notify the receptionists when the patient is ready to be scheduled. Our insurance specialists work with all of the major insurance companies as well as the drug manufacturers for co-payments assistance.

Please provide the most recent labs and clinical notes along with the referral form. After the patient has received their treatment a copy of the infusion visit will be sent to the physician office for review.
